RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
The first replacement requested by the Customer will be fulfilled at the expense of Lelli Kelly SpA, except for Products purchased at a discount (see the information in the following paragraphs).
In the event that the Customer requests further replacements for the same Order, they will be fulfilled at the expense of the Customer, who can decide to use their own courier or proceed directly using the courier sent by Lelli Kelly SpA. In this case, Lelli Kelly SpA will request a fee of € 20.00 (electronic payment) to be paid and agreed in advance.
If the Products were purchased at a discount, as part of promotions and initiatives organised at the discretion of Lelli Kelly SpA, any replacements will be fulfilled at the expense of the Customer (see the second paragraph).
Any returns are always fulfilled at the expense of the Customer, who can decide to use their own courier or proceed directly using the courier sent by Lelli Kelly SpA. In this case, Lelli Kelly SpA will request a fee of €15.00, which will be deducted from the refund of the value of the goods purchased.
If the Customer returns one or more Products due to an error on the part of Lelli Kelly SpA (defective products or incorrect goods with respect to the Order), the Customer will receive a refund of the value of the purchased goods and will not be charged any shipping costs.
To submit a return or replacement request for one or more Products purchased, the Customer is requested to send an email to email@example.com, attacching a copy of the document which was inside the carton indicating the reason for the return or replacement request.
The Customer has 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the package to make the return or request a replacement. The returns/replacement policy does not affect the rights arising from the law and the right of withdrawal.
NB only intact and unused Products will be accepted for return. Lelli Kelly SpA therefore recommends not removing labels/tags while trying on the Products and taking care not to soil or damage them. In the case of footwear, Lelli Kelly SpA recommends trying them on on a soft and clean surface (for example, a carpet). By following these simple tips, the Customer can save time and prevent any mistakes.
The instructions for the Customer to make returns or replacements are laid out below:
– Put the Product in the original packaging (Bull Boys shoebox) together with the shipping document which was inside the carton when you received it.
– Put the original packaging (with the Product inside) into a package, possibly the one in which the goods were received (Bull Boys carton), making sure that it is properly sealed.

– Arrange for the package to be collected from your home or another suitable location by contacting Lelli Kelly SpA directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After receiving and checking the Customer’s return, Lelli Kelly SpA will proceed with the refund or replacement of the Products in question. The refund will be processed within a few days of receipt of the goods by Lelli Kelly SpA. The refund times may vary depending on the Customer’s bank.
The total price of the returned Products (minus any shipping costs incurred by Lelli Kelly SpA) will be automatically credited to the account corresponding to the card used by the Customer for payment.
